We know that you’ll want to get our package as soon as possible – but we also know that there’s nothing nicer than free postage!

Our free postage provider is the Royal Mail Second Class system. Royal Mail will aim to deliver in the next working 2-3 working days.

Special Delivery Service:

Timing can be everything! If you need your Lesflux product express delivery, we can do that too. Just let us know and we’ll get it out to you. Please note, express delivery has an additional charge.  

 International Shipping:

Lesflux are pleased to offer international shipping to over 190 countries worldwide,  International orders* will be dispatched using DHL Express or Royal Mail. Your shipping schedule will be provided prior to check out, depending on your delivery location. This is a fully-tracked express service. 

At Lesflux, international shipping is usually charged.There may be a surcharge, paid in your local currency, for shipping to countries outside of the European Union and the USA.

Lesflux cannot be held responsible for any orders that are made in error. Any international order made in error, by the customer, will be liable to a 30% ‘restock fee’ that will be deducted from the total refund amount. The 30% ‘restock fee’ is calculated from the total price paid for the item by the customer. In these circumstances, the cost of return shipping will be paid by the customer.

Terms and Conditions across Royal Mail partner couriers differ. Please refer to the selected courier’s website for further information. We cannot be held responsible for any internationally returned items that fail to reach Lesflux Ltd.

Delivery Exceptions and Restrictions:

We reserve the right not to deliver an order if we believe that the address is not secure, for example, to a communal postal address or PO Box. If this affects an order that you place, we will notify you as soon as possible.

If you are unable to select your shipping address, please contact us, admin@lesflux.com, to understand if we can facilitate shipment to your country. Please note: we cannot be held responsible for third-party involvement if a delay occurs.

Haven’t yet received your delivery?

If you live in Northern Ireland, Scotland’s Highlands and Island or live in a rural postcode, delivery may take longer. Royal Mail collect and deliver on most days of the year, including Saturdays, however, they do not usually collect or deliver on Bank Holidays or Public Holidays.

 I still haven’t received my item.

Check that you haven’t received a Royal Mail ‘Something For You’ card, if you were out. If the item was sent to your home, ask anyone else living there if they accepted the delivery on your behalf. Please also check if the item has been left with a neighbour or in your designated safe place, if you have one. If the item was sent to your work address, please check with your Post Room and with your colleagues to see if someone accepted the delivery.

Still missing?

If your item is still missing and a reasonable amount of time has passed, then it may be considered lost by Royal Mail. Please contact us, admin@lesflux.com, and we will look into this further for you.

My item is shown as delivered, but I have not yet received it.

Please check the name or signature of the person who signed for it. The signature should have been provided by the person who accepted the delivery and not necessarily the addressee. If the item was sent to your home, ask anyone else living there if they have accepted the delivery. Please also check if the item has been left with a neighbour or in your designated safe place, if you have one. If the item was sent to your work address, please check with your Post Room and with your colleagues to see if someone accepted the delivery. Please also check that your shipping address was correct on your original order.
